Bookings
When making a booking please ensure that you have read and understood our Long Preston Village Hall Hire Agreement as well as reading our Safeguarding Policy and Fire Evacuation Plan. Copies of these are also on the notice board in the Hall.
When using the Hall, please provide your own tea towels. If you use the table cloths, please leave in the kitchen after use.
A £10 deposit is to be paid with each booking form for private parties an d commercial bookings. This amount is a refundable amount providing booking is not cancelled with 7 days of the date booked. Deposit will be deducted from the final invoice

Hall and Kitchen use (teas etc): £35
Hall, kitchen including cooker use: £40
Parties: £35 Plus use of kitchen £40
Plus use of kitchen and oven £45
Commercial: £50
Meeting Room: £20
